FGS Undergraduate Division

The FGS Undergraduate Division is dedicated to excellence in educating men and women to serve God. Academic programs are rigorous and challenging. Students are taught by faculty with years of experience in their fields. Our mission is to produce graduates who are biblically grounded, spiritually mature and culturally relevant. At FGS, we provide the opportunity for you to secure a strong Biblical foundation for Christian living and service.

 

Degree Program

 

     Bachelor of Theology (Th.B.)

 

The Th.B. degree is awarded to persons completing 128 hours of credit in a program with emphases in Bible and Theology, and a concentration in one of the following areas of ministry: Pastoral Ministry or Christian Education.

 

     Bachelor of Religious Education (B.R.E.)

 

The B.R.E. degree is awarded to persons completing 128 hours of credit in a program with emphases in Bible, Theology, and Christian Education.

 

 

Certificate Programs

 

     Certificate in Evangelism (PMIN 108 Personal Evangelism)

 

You will learn to share the gospel of Christ with anyone, anywhere, at anytime. This course will help you to overcome the two biggest struggles in evangelism, fear and not knowing how to present the gospel. The (3) hour credit course covers everything from how to turn a conversation to spiritual things - to how to lead a person to faith in Christ - to how to disciple a new believer.

 

     Certificate of Greek Studies (BLGK 201 Greek I & BLGK 202- Greek II)

A course in the Greek grammar and syntax, with an application of these principles to selected portions of the Gospels and Epistles to demonstrate their value in the interpretation of Scripture. Students will have access to audio lectures produced by William Mounce. You will move through 35 lessons base on the Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar.
