You may be like so many other Christians with a deep desire to know God's Word better. You can explore a wide range of subjects. As a volunteer elder, teacher, or leader in your church, you passionately want the confidence to handle the Scriptures. A Certificate Program may be for you. It's intense but it will change your life forever and give you the tools to have a real impact in your church.
The credit hours in a Certificate program can not be applied to a degree program.
You will learn to share the gospel of Christ with anyone, anywhere, at anytime. This course will help you to overcome the two biggest struggles in evangelism, fear and not knowing how to present the gospel. The (3) hour credit course covers everything from how to turn a conversation to spiritual things - to how to lead a person to faith in Christ - to how to disciple a new believer.
Certificate in Biblical Studies
The Certificate in Biblical Studies (10 courses), is designed to prepare servant-leaders for a variety of volunteer church-oriented ministry. This program provide an introductory measure of theological and biblical training for individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge of God and his Word and grow in their ability to minister to others.
Graduate Certificates AFGTS Credit Courses
The credit hours earned in a Graduate Certificate program can be applied to a degree program if further study is desired.
A course in the Greek grammar and syntax, with an application of these principles to selected portions of the Gospels and Epistles to demonstrate their value in the interpretation of Scripture. Students will have online access and the audio lectures produced by William Mounce. You will move through 35 lessons (Greek 1 & 2) base on the Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar.
