The D.Min. degree program at FGS is designed for pastors who wish to be further equipped by continuing their studies beyond the M.Div. degree. The emphasis of the D.Min. degree is on pastoral leadership, in contrast with the focus on biblical scholarship in the Th.D. degree. The D.Min. degree program is a personalized approach centered on ministry effectiveness and application from a biblical perspective.
