Partners in Education

Free Grace Seminary exists because of the commitment of Bible-believing churches and individuals working together as partners to train and equip servant-leaders for life and ministry in the church and the world. Training another generation of godly men and women is a bedrock value at FGS. We take this very seriously, and we consider our role in this partnership to be very much a "servant" to the local and global church.

At FGS, we believe that a partnership between churches and the school provides the best possible opportunity for the equipping of balanced leaders. We also believe that the partnership should be reflected in both the organizational structure and educational process. The result of these beliefs is the Partners in Education.

FGS desires to partner with congregations and provide learning opportunities, custom built for the needs of individual churches. The role of Partners in Education is to help secure sufficient resources for the seminary to carry out its mission and ministry. Through a professional development staff, we desire to assist friends in being well informed about the needs of the institution and encourage their active participation through prayers and financial support.

Affiliation is open to churches that subscribe to the Seminary’s doctrinal statement and agrees to work together graciously and enthusiastically by praying, promoting, recruiting students, implementing strategies to advance the educational purpose of the seminary, and supporting the seminary financially. It's not an exclusive relationship, but it does provide a framework for regular dialogue between our Partners and the Seminary.

We affirm the Bible alone, and the Bible in its entirety, is the inspired Word of God and is therefore inerrant in the autographs. Furthermore, God is a Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each an uncreated person, one in essence, equal in power and glory. As members of this tradition, we are concerned about the clear understanding, presentation, and advancement of the Gospel of God’s Free Grace.
